PLOUGH VALVES NON STOP VALVES
A hydraulic no-stop valve for ploughs is a device designed to protect the plough from impacts with obstacles hidden in the ground, such as rocks or roots. This valve allows the plough to temporarily ‘jump’ the obstacle without causing damage to the structure. It works as a safety system: when the plough encounters an obstruction, pressure increases in the hydraulic circuit, causing the no-stop valve to activate, allowing the plough body to lift or move sideways to avoid damage. Once the obstacle is overcome, the valve automatically returns the plough to its original working position, without the operator having to intervene. This mechanism not only reduces the risk of mechanical damage, but also allows a constant working speed to be maintained, improving the overall efficiency of farming operations.
